Be careful of this company on 291 in Independence Missouri. This company is a complete scam charging $300 a year for locker insurance and fell to tell the customer of this. They have charged me so much and fees in 2 months it's impossible to pick the storage locker back up. Have decided to file at the courthouse for damages

Prices are just ridiculous. Just let go of whatever you need to, to avoid paying these storage companies outrageous amounts of money. They don't care about you. They told us that it didn't matter that they had a promotion to rent our unit for half of the price for 4 months, and that they couldn't promise it wouldn't stay cheaper for the newer victim. They are price gouging and not worth your hard earned money. I'm so glad to finally be out of there.

You may get in cheap, but my rent has gone up 28.8% in the last two years. There is another place on 40 east of 291 that is $60.00 less a month for the same size. Newer, cleaner and privately owned. I am even going to get my uhaul there to go gather my things. This used to be a great location prior to this corporation taking it over. They have no personal touch, and their customer service in Columbia is even worse.

The lady that runs the store on 291hwy 3001 is the address is horrible she's never at work. And lives upstairs and is still late to her own job. Never again will I rent though them

Storage Mart will hike up your unit rent like every 3 months, it is ridiculous and I will be happy when my unit is no longer needed.

We moved our camper to storage mart from a very poor storage facility . The rent is much better the other lot charged 85.00 a month , compared to 32.00 a month .,it’s clean well lit , convenient, well maintained and a manager lives on site. I give them a 5 star rating this place is the best I found and rent is very reasonable.
