This place is never cleaned, they raised the monthly rate because to providing you the best in convenience, cleanliness, and security, with customer service that exceeds your expectations. Never been happy with the place and have been there for a long time. Management is difficult to deal with and is always rude when asking for insurance by threating you with increases.

I am a longtime client. Tom became the manager and I was pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. Sad to hear he is gone. I had logged into the system to pay my bill right before midnight and it clearly showed my normal/standard amount due. Attempted many times to process the payment and it wouldn't go through (even attempted different credit/debit cards--the funds were definitely there!). Left a message online in the "contact us" field. No one returned the message by email or call the next day.

I would NEVER put my things in storage again in life. This was the most horrible experience. I got a storage for a short period of time and rodents pooped and peed all on my stuff. The ate a little bit of the wood to my headboard to my bed. …

We needed this space for a temporary storage in order to stage our house for listing to the market. We have overall been satisfied with the Newport News Bell King Rd location for our needs. The climate control is a perk and the location of our space is very convenient.

I've been with the self storage for a very long time I've had nothing but good results all the managers and the employees that I talked to have been very nice had no issues I've had good experience and I've been with the self storage for a long while
