Would not use them again. It was easy to get a quote and schedule the moving day with good communication from the front office, but team that was subcontracted out to load and unload the truck was awful. They didn’t adequately pack the truck to protect our belongings and damaged most our furniture. You could tell they were rushing to get everything unloaded as quickly as possibly without caring about what was damaged in the process and trying to make it to another job.

Had an appointment. Was told someone would call with a timeframe to arrive for my quote but they never did. I called and they apologized saying the person had a change in their schedule and would I be willing to do a virtual at a different time. I agreed and once again, nobody reached out. Wasted my whole day for their no-show. Do not recommend.

There is no company worse than this one. They have a lot of hidden fees, and they left our belongings a mile from our house, saying they couldn't enter the condominium, and that if they did, they would charge an extra $700. Definitely do not use them for your move.

We were having the hardwood floors in our living room, dining room and office/bedroom refinished, so we needed to hire a mover to move our furniture into our garage for about 1 week. I called The Other Moving Company and spoke to Brian, and described the situation over the phone. He gave me a ballpark estimate of approximately $450 and we arranged for him to come out and give us a written estimate.
I'm glad to see that many people are satisfied with this company. Unfortunately, my mother did not have a good experience with the packing process. The move itself was good. The unpacking was swift, though somewhat incomplete. I would not say that this move was handled with "the utmost care" and it certainly was not what we were expecting.

The moving crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, and asked me to walk around the house with them to point out any items requiring special handling. They promptly got to work and continued non-stop until all was loaded and delivered to three different locations. Everything arrived in the right location. The crew were all kind and respectful of my items throughout an 11-hour day. In addition, my move coordinator communicated clearly and often throughout the process so all went well.

I needed a very heavy grand piano from the 1880s moved from the seller's home to mine. They brought a four man crew and it took about 3 hours. They were very careful with everything including disassembling the piano, and moving it thru doorways, across floors etc. Nice guys too. The dispatcher was very helpful when I called to see when they were arriving etc, they track the truck's location at all times. Highly recommend and glad we found them. Not many companies are willing to move pianos of this size!
