I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was originally quoted $934 for my move, but the final cost was an outrageous $1,912 for what should have been a straightforward job involving only 2 beds (with one not even reassembled), one sectional, 2 loveseats, a 4-piece dinette set, one cabinet, 6 counter chairs, one TV stand, one desk, one dresser, 2 nightstands, one rug, a washer and dryer, and a grill.
Hired star movers August 2025 and they damaged multiple appliances that were just two years old. Said they would reimburse for damaged parts and replacement for microwave that was inoperable. Countless emails, calls, and texts touching base …

So happy with my move, John, Matt & Patrick showed up on time, we went thru the list, and they got to work . Excellent job wrapping our furniture to be moved. These guys hustled! It was a hot day and the move was from a third floor with no elevator. With that being said my over length leather sofa made it to its new home unscathed!! Will use them again.

I needed items moved from the 1st floor of my home to the guest room on the 2nd. Some of the items were oversized, and there was concern about whether they would fit up the stairs. Instead of waving their hands in the air and writing it off, they stated, "We have to try," and try they did. All items made it up the stairs and into the requested space. Before departing, they made sure I didn't have anything left to move. Overall, I had a great experience.
