Horrible Experience! We just purchased our 1st home and needed furniture. My friend recommended this place from her past experience (few years back). On Dec. 22, 2018 we purchased $2745.01 worth of furniture and took their financing. What a HUGE mistake all the way around. BEWARED about their finance company, American First Finance. $2745.01 worth of merchandise. Our mistake we didn't read all the FINE print - Bi-weekly payments of $183.56 - That's $368 a MONTH!

Still waiting on my refrigerator I purchase Monday. Was told they have 1 day shipping and was given a time and they never showed. Got a call the driver was having trouble getting into work. Was given a different time still a no show. So I went about my day and stopped in ask where my refrigerator was he said driver is on his way back from Fort Wayne. He is going to stop and get the gas card then head to my house with it. It's now 8pm no one showed up.

Zero stars and if I could give a minus I would. Bought a washer from them and when it was delivered it had a huge dent in the top corner. They told me I could go ahead and have them leave it so I had a washer to use and they would bring me a replacement later. This was back in October of 22 and the washer has been paid off since February of 23 still no replacement.
Seemed nice, willing to work with you on price. They use 3rd party delivery. I bought a bedroom set, but the mirror and dresser weren't in stock. They promised it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks, but it's been a couple of months and even though I keep calling, they assure me they will have it in soon. Poor follow up on their part. When calling, they place you on hold and forget you're on the line.
This place sucks! Purchased a recliner on October 21,2021. The wood busted in the seat part 10 days later. American Freight response is “ did you purchase a warranty?” I wasn’t even offered warranty. They don’t warranty anything after it walks out the door? I’m calling Better Business on this terrible company. Highly recommend you not give them your hard earned cash.

We came in about an hour before closing and Brett was super helpful from the moment we walked in the door. We had an idea of what we wanted and he showed us all the options in stock. Prices are very reasonable and there were a lot of great options to choose from. The whole process only took us about 30 mins. They even let us take part of the couch home and come back for the other half right before they closed. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone furniture shopping.
Brett helped us with picking our new mattress. They only had a couple of options on the king size bed, but he did help us find the firmness we wanted. We were greeted politely and neither guy was too pushy. Very pleased.
Brian was extremely helpful while we were looking for a new couch! Answered questions I didn't even know I had and overall was just really knowledgeable and helped us out with finding the perfect fit for us!
Brian was the absolute best and answered all of our questions!! We were looking at a couch that was too big and he was able to find us one very similar that worked for us! He was so so helpful and so kind!!
