They overcharged and then they wanted to upcharge for something that they said was included on there flyer and with the delivery. They were very rude and unprofessional. I would love to talk to corporate
Christopher, we apologize that you felt overcharged. There was a flat delivery fee to have a 28 cubic foot refrigerator, multiple mattresses, and a gas stove to be delivered to your address on the same day of purchase.
Did a move for me around April. They had only 2 people show up when I was informed 4 would. On top of the nightmare one of the workers stole from me!
Workers were working. My 80-year old mother bought them lunch. However, one of the workers demanded a specific order to meet his needs. …

In their own words
Moving an hour away felt overwhelming, but this team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They arrived on time, handled all of our belongings with great care, and worked efficiently from start to finish. The crew was professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the move. Everything arrived safely, and they made what could have been a long, exhausting day so much easier. I really appreciated their hard work and positive attitude.
I like their style. They came with a big truck, man power and the tools to get the job 💪 done. I even looked over my shoulder thinking a camera crew was coming around the corner. They completed my project/move 100 percent to my satisfaction. Fair price and I will definitely use Couch Cowboys in the future. …
These guys are awesome! Called them late last night to help unbox 6 heavy crates that contained our new bar. They made quick work of the task and carefully moved the items down to our basement. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend choosing them for any of your moving needs!
I used this company for moving a sectional from Muncie to Carmel. I was very impressed with the communication and professionalism from the owner and staff! They were very gentle with the furniture and took extra care to make sure it was setup just the way I wanted, and the made sure all pieces were connected properly and plugged in. They even took time to move my old couch to the garage, which was not a scheduled job. I highly recommend this hometown owner-operated company!!
