This place is pure garbage. Did a lease on a living room set. Things started going wrong within weeks. We contacted them said they would come out and look two months later. Same problems but they said they had order replacement parts. Months later it was the supply chains. Now I'm sitting in a broken recliner. Two broken footrest like snapped welds. This is insanity been almost 2 years still nothing so leaves me needing new furniture
Bought a table and chairs and reported how unprofessional the delivery guys were. On November 302022. Now all the screws that the delivery guys used are falling out because the screws are stripped. Think we need a phone call. Not happy 😡 …

What a terrible buying experience with this company. Purchased over $5,000 of merchandise and the delivery experience is dismal at best. Have waited over 3 months for my purchase and still haven't received it all! Seems like a money laundering scheme. Called multiple times for updates but haven't ever been called back with an update. When I asked for the manager to contact me I was told multiple times he was on vacation. Who takes multiple vacations in a 3 month period.
Probably a cover for a travel agency and possibly laundering too. Thanks for your insight.
Terrible experience. Attempted to buy a couch on display. Keep in mind this was a used couch from the display that people had sat in for well over a year. They refused to budge on the price even though I had cash in my hand. I went to Daleville furniture outlet and bought the same couch on their display for even less than I offered Walls.
I apologize for your terrible experience and for my delay in seeing your post. This certainly doesn't sound like Walls Furniture and is not the atmosphere we create. When you have a furniture or mattress need in the future please come see me. I would love the opportunity to earn your business.

I thought this place was going to be super expensive but it definitely wasn't. I looked at every furniture store in Muncie and went back to Walls they took great care of me and my family.
