In their own words
We used Jason and his crew for our move from Seattle to Bend. They were very easy to communicate with, extremely professional, and very punctual. Despite it being a multi-city move, it went very smoothly and all of our stuff has arrived undamaged. They even made a special effort with a very bulky, cumbersome, and flimsy IKEA trundle bed, which has arrived in its original condition. Darn! We were kinda hoping it'd break so that we'd have an excuse to get rid of it, but alas they were too careful!
It was a pleasure working with you guys. Very organized which always helps! Glad it went smoothly and welcome to Bend.
Jason moved us across country for thousands less than the big names. He was great with communication, efficient, and had a "no problem" attitude. And he made good on every commitment. Nothing broken! His delivery was faster than our previous moves as well. It was a big job. Near 3k sq.ft and a family of 5. Two trucks and a towed car from Bend to Chicago. Very pleased with the whole process.
Jason and his team are GREAT! He knows his stuff! Very professional, cool and calm when I was not~~that impressed me too! One of the lowest bids to move from Central Oregon to Central Texas!! The closing date changed and he could flow with that! Because of the change I had my daughter oversee my belongings and clean the house (as I flew to Texas as scheduled), when the Jason and the team came to pack up. A number of times I checked in with her.
Jason and his American Moving team did an outstanding job managing two challenging moves for me and my sister in the past six months. Our belongings were spread out in several different locations between the two of us, covering many miles, requiring Jason to navigate some interesting logistics. He was reliable, great at communicating the required details, and always on top of his game. Jason is pleasant to work with and has a can do attitude that was backed up by delivering what he promised.
Kathleen, we have enjoyed working with you on multiple occasions. You and your sister were organized and easy to work with. If you need us for any other moves in the future let us know. Thanks again, Jason.
