In their own words
American Moving made my entire move unbelievably easy from start to finish and we could not recommend them enough. Their team handled everything with such care that I never once worried about our belongings. Every item—big or small—was treated as if it were their own, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Scheduling was simple, communication was clear, and the movers were efficient, friendly, and incredibly professional. They took all the stress out of moving.
We recently used American Moving & Storage, located inChantilly Va, for a complicated move involving our household items/furniture plus a grand piano and a full size upright piano. From our first consultation with Bryce, to the big load and off load days with Miguel, Alex, Daniel, Jose and Jorge the entire process was smooth, efficient, punctual, safe with great attention to detail. Nick was also a big help ensuring the entire operation ran smoothly. The moving crew was stellar overall with great attitudes.
Haven't used movers in the past, but needed to move houses in the NoVA region quickly. Asked them to move a couple of heavy items and Bryce asked if they could also quote a whole house move too. It was a reasonable price and I decided to let them move the house. Figured by the end it might be more, but they moved me quickly, nothing was damaged and it was under the quoted price. I was delighted and will be asking them to move some equipment for me in the future.
I had an absolutely incredible experience with American Moving and Storage—truly a five-star move from start to finish. Not a single ding, scratch, or mark on any wall in either house, which honestly felt like a miracle given how much was moved. Everything was packed with such care and precision—it was clear they really know what they’re doing. Every item arrived in perfect condition. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced.
Thank you so much for this incredible review—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to the crew—they’ll be glad to hear it. Thanks again for trusting American Moving & Storage, and for the recommendation!
