This was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had, and I have moved apartments several times throughout my life (including 4 times in Washington DC). Before the move, I had detailed discussions with the company about the services I needed. I clearly explained that i needed the packing service, what items would be moved, and that I would also need help unpacking at my new apartment. Unfortunately, problems started as soon as the movers arrived.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Yes they did move our belongings but they used to much paper, took the knifes out of the knife block and wrapped each knife with 5 sheets of paper. Every box was halfway filed with paper. We only had about 1/4 of the house left for them to move for us and should've only taken 4 hours max not 9 hours. They still left stuff behind all over the house and in rooms that where cleared out. Left behind BROKEN items that weren't broken when we left them at the house.

Id beware hiring this moving company. They damaged my car while moving someone else in on my street. They refused to give me their insurance information after numerous call. First it was the runaround and then just ignoring me. Id give them zero stars if i could. i didnt even hire them and never will.

Hire these guys if you want to pay more. Took longer than needed and I ended up helping out to speed things up. Two workers and only 1 was actually working. Broke a bunch of plates and did not even clean the mess up. Wouldn’t hire theses guys again

Carlos Aguilar, Marco, Jose, Nelvin, Antonio were the greatest movers we have ever had… and I have moved 10 times! Moving is stressful and this team cared more for my belongings at times than I did. Overall this crew was incredibly hardworking and positive. I enjoyed this move a lot because they helped by building a plan at every major part. They really are Pros because sometimes they are anticipating things that you never thought of. I’d recommend them to anyone!
