Refraining from giving one because the movers themselves were great and efficient. The coordination of my move sucked. My move started 6 hours late, and they were shady about payment methods. I had an 8am move. I know because I asked about the date 2 weeks in advance, and received a text message confirmation. I should have known that allowed for chances of errors, despite the fact that I reached out twice after on my own to confirm, including the day before. Date and time comes, no communication.
I would avoid using this company. Without typing a book on my experience I will just say that they are completely unprofessional. A lot of my items were broken, misplaced, and not handled carefully.
I hope that before hiring Swift Movers, you take the time to read about the terrible experience they are putting me through. My move was scheduled and confirmed for today, May 2nd, at 8:00 AM; it is now nearly noon, and they never showed up. Someone had recommended them to me, which is why I felt confident in booking their services. I’ve looked at the reviews, and most of them are positive—I have no idea what went wrong this time.

They were punctual, professional, hardworking, and handled all of our belongings with great care.
