The first thing this place did was raise the price 40%. And I have tried repeatedly to get the door fixed. I'm not sure if that's been done because I've received no notification. The last time they said it was fixed (it wasn't) I received a rather threatening email telling me if I didn't put my lock back on the unit, they'd put one on and charge me for it.

New owners came in as of Jan 2026. Trying to increase the price of my 2 units by $20 each with less than 16 days notice. I will be disputing and will be discontinuing my service with this facility. There are MUCH cheaper storage units on the west side of town, more secure facilities in better areas of town. FYI their security cameras don't even work!

Experience has been good. I think you should be able to adjust the date according to when a senior citizen gets their check and have a discount for seniors. Or when anyone is on a fixed income
