Over promised and under delivered majorly. Charged $200 more at pickup , didn’t show up on the promised dates. They just hired another company to do the work and ghosted me. Customer service manager was rude and not helpful at all. The broker Michael McDonald ghosted me and wouldn’t answer calls or messages. Basically- I got hustled and lied to. I am reporting them to the BBB and I would warn you to be cautious with this company. Michael McDonald - shame on you.

We paid $1,900 upfront for a moving service, and the moment the payment went through, everything changed. They completely disappeared. They never showed up, they never answered the phone again, and they gave us zero explanation about what happened to our move or our money. Every time we tried calling, we were either ignored or sent to voicemail. No one returned our messages. They literally took our money and vanished. Not a single call, not a single update, not a single ounce of professionalism.

I went to my local sherif office to file a complaint for consumer fraud. And guess what the police found out? This company (AMERICAS EVIL FAMILY AND THIEVES! That’s what the Company should be called!) they have the habit of doing this is not the first time, they originally quote you a lesser price, then they call you days before you moving service, and bring all sorts of new charges, even going to the point of lying, giving treats! And being hostile on the phone because they know you sign a contract base on lies.

They seems very good from the beginning to the point when they put it in storage. When we were ready for delivery, we call them two months ago and they keep saying they can’t find the driver. Don’t call us anymore until we will get somebody. Finally, some guy with his wife deliver the stuff with Big disaster, the guy he said I’m 71 year old and I am not touching anything. I only driving my wife will take stuff and they call some other guy.. The boxes with clothes were broken.

If zero stars could be given then I would do so. I received a quote from this company in August and a few days before my move, on the day that my contents are to be finalized, a different person calls me and after reviewing the contents, the price suddenly was two and a half times the original quote. The contents for the move were mostly containers (the black home depot plastic containers with the yellow tops) about 30 and that's being generous, along with a few rugs (5), a rower, a storage chest for blankets, a…

Our experience with this moving company was incredibly disappointing. We made our payment expecting a smooth process - instead, we were met with silence. Once they had our money, communication stopped entirely. No one followed up. No schedule, no explanation, no assistance. We tried reaching out multiple times by phone and email, but no one ever got back to us. We were left completely in the dark, unsure of what was happening or if anyone was even handling our move.

This company is a broker NOT the moving company. I tried to determine that when I spoke with them but she was dishonest about this fact. The best thing I can say about this broker is that they seemed to have contracted a decent moving company that worked with my schedule and did a very good job packing us up. The struggle has been than it has been almost 2 weeks for delivery and no word about when it will arrive.

Horrible people. Do not trust them. They did 2 hours of services ie from the home pick up to destination unloading furniture and they charged me for 3 hours saying 1 hour is for trip charge. They also brought some used tapes and charged me full price for 2 tapes which are not completely used. They did not accept the groupon coupon. Never trust these folks. The broken my furniture and mattress and when i am trying to claim, they are arguing with me that this was an exisiting issue.
