Be wary of their paperwork. Don’t sign it without reading and agreeing. They Damaged my expensive furniture, mattress and bed that they were dragging on the floors and through the stairs and on the dirty road with no wrapping or protection. Unprofessional movers ( one of them would not get off the phone throughout the entire time with his personal calls and was extremely rude and acted like he was doing me a favor). The initial contact with the sales person was great. Responsive and polite.

I have tried to get in contact on ten separate occasions, with no response. I was able to reach someone one time who said I would be receiving an email with a claim to fill out, however I never received such email after confirming my email address. It has now been over three weeks of trying and trying, when I spent an inordinate amount of money on the move, bought the movers lunch (burgerfi, whatever they wanted they got) and tipped them generously.

My furniture was packed and picked up and moved to a smart cube, climate controlled unit in delray, I escorted the moving truck there, left and they transferred all my belongings to the cube. I left the smart cube key with the driver Anton, he assured me he would be delivering the furniture when ready to be picked up and loaded once again into the moving truck to my new home in Sarasota.

The customer service appears impeccable, until the day of the move when you are promised to be the first move (7:30 to 8:30) and they do not show up until 12:30PM advising it was because of the rain but yet…where is the rain? When the movers showed up, they did do a decent job, however the owner called an hour before they were “done” and asked for payment to include an extra hour.

Avoid this moving company at all costs. I’ve used several moving companies in South Florida, but this experience was by far the worst. From the start, there were warning signs that I regret ignoring. I booked my move over a month in advance, with the assurance that someone would call me a few days prior to confirm the time. That call never came—I had to chase them down with multiple calls to finally get a confirmation.

Do not use them. Do not give them a credit card or debit card ever for anything. They will rip you off for triple of the estimate that they give you. A complete scam operation. When they came to my home on May 5, 2025 They saw all of the items I wanted moved. Based on the items they saw, they wrote it would be a two hour move with 3 men and it would be a total cost of $507 . My nightmare with established Moving and Storage came about when they delivered my items on June 7, 2025 and sent me an invoice for $1445.

I was ready for the movers. Everything was packed and all boxes in the front room. All they had to do was load a few pieces of furniture and the boxes. However, they were not professional movers, one kept taking breaks every 15 to 20 minutes because he was dizzy, they didn’t know how to take the door off hinges, which I showed them how, they were having an issue with taking furniture out the door trying to go straight rather than turn, so I coached them to turn the table at an angle , and my Italian wrought iron…

I gave it thought about writing a review and went back and forth and felt it was only right to do so. Our move from Broward to Fort Myers took place on 6/19/2021. The confirmed time to start was between 8-9am. The driving distance is 2hrs each way keeping this in mind I asked for the same day pickup and drop off, dismantling and mantling of furniture. From a two story home to our in between home 2 bedroom apartment ground floor. On 6/19 I receive a call at 9:15 am saying they will arrive around 9:45 am I said ok .
