Showed up at 10:00am. 30 minutes late from the given standard window of arrival (9:00-9:30), no acknowledgment or apology. Many damaged personal items. Lots of scratches on our mini freezer and mini fridge. Found our air compressor smashed through a box of our fragile decor. And other heavy items placed on boxes that caved in. I had to pick up trash they left in our apartment. Many items labeled STORAGE ended up in our home instead of at the storage unit. Very rough with our possessions.
very rude. I am getting quotes from multiple moving companies. This company didn't answered my call and gave me a call back. They don't have common sense to introduce their company before talking about a quote. When I asked them about the company, they suggest to me find a high rise building, go to the top and jump.

To say the least, the most disappointing move EVER! Their rates were very competitive and Braeden was spot on with his quote and very professional. However, the move into my new space in Conway was a disaster. I paid for 3 movers, only two worked the entire time. I had dents knocked in my walls and a huge gash down my staircase rail. The movers pointed out each time they knocked the walls which I now have to have repaired and pointed out the rail so I know they knew what they had done.

Waited all day for them, still didn't get it. The dispatcher overtalked me, and tried to.rush me off the phone. Someone else had to come get the delivery off their truck to get it to me at 9:30 pm. They were assembling beds when he pulled up. Sounds like they had no intention of bringing my delivery, huh?.
I apologize that you had to wait for a long time. we were notified at 5:30 pm by your salesperson of your purchase, and we were the company that delivered it to you.

Billy stepped in after another company no-showed me after being hired to move a large sectional. I am so grateful I was given contact info for Billy (and Braden). Not only was Billy able to fit me in on very short notice and after another large job he already had scheduled, but he kept me updated frequently so I could have people in place at either end of the delivery. He was friendly, prompt, and extremely professional.
Great service at a great price. Everyone I worked with was amazing. Will 100% hire them again and recommend them to anyone and everyone I can. There was a singular negative. The ramp on the truck does not function properly. Dudes deserve a working ramp. PLEASE get that fixed ASAP. The dudes you have working for you are quality employees. They showed up on time. Had a fantastic attitude and were nothing less than genuinely helpful and kind.

I highly recommend AMS Moving Company. Five men and two big trucks arrived exactly on time. The guys were so polite and helpful. I have lots of furniture with glass shelves. The men carefully wrapped each piece of my furniture for protection during the move. After we reached our destination they unloaded and placed everything exactly where I wanted it. I appreciate their patience considering I had a hard time deciding where things should go.

Guys let me tell you I was recommended to this company by a friend that worked at a furniture store. I called them. They came out. They met with my wife they gave us an estimate. We called them back and we told them that we would agree to that. We put our deposit down for the move. We had good communication between the Movers and us. The truck showed up on time! Malik, Roddy and Fred were the Movers. We walked them through the house and showed them what we needed to do and they went to work.
