I did not have a great experience with the West little Rock Storage. I had moved my mothers things in three years ago and have had many incidents with the property Manager. I have Seen things broken and things gone missing from the storage unit. The property management has changed locks on the unit multiple times and said that my parents Lost key when i know the keys were correct because me and my husband have moved the stuff in.
Hi Savannah, I spoke with your mother. I am so sorry you had this experience. This is the first time I have seen this issue. I will assure you that my managers do not have access to your units. All renters have their own lock and key.
I will regret renting a unit from this place for the rest of my life. While it is true that the facility is very clean and well-maintained, it has some major design flaws which enabled the loss of some of my belongings that I had stored there. The facility needs a lot of improvements and upgrades in critical areas. Once I learned how woefully inadequate the facility was, I couldn't move out of there fast enough. I am very disappointed with my experience there. This is not a reflection on the staff.

We rented a uhaul that we’ve got to have back early in the morning. We picked up one load earlier and are back for the rest of our things. We did not put a lock on our unit, as we knew we’d be back after unpacking the first load tonight. I can understand the office not being open, but for us not to be able to access our things by using our gate code is absolutely absurd to me.

Renter beware. Most of the positive comments below are from when this was a different company which was purchased by Life Storage. I have 2 storage climate controlled storage units at this facility with very expensive articles in them, including some red wine. The AC has been out for the past 3 weeks in my building with no notification. I happen to go in yesterday, and it was 95 degrees in the facility.

The first month I set up my card for recurring payments and they said it didn’t work, so then I had to come again last month and they asked again if I wanted to leave a card on file, which I said yes. This month I’ve been extremely busy and they said I had not set up autopay and so now I’ve got a $30 late fee for their screw ups. This place needs to tighten up! I wouldn’t recommend this place!

They let everything i have ever owned get stolen and NO CAMERAS. My whole life is gone. wasted money for over a year, paying every month to have my furniture and childhood toys and family airlooms stolen. Everything ive worked for my whole life is gone and they cant offer me any compensation.

West Little Rock Storage was GREAT and I highly recommend them! I rarely give 5-Stars. For me that rating is held for those circumstances that go above and beyond normal business. Taylor was incredibly helpful and very friendly! After a death in the family, I needed someplace to move things quickly. He was extremely helpful and came over and showed us different units that were available, that day.

Awesome storage unit for a great price! Taylor helped me & when I say he is so awesome!!!! He got me in a storage unit in less than 30 mins. He has great customer service and an awesome personality I definitely recommend West Little Rock Storage for storing your items, definitely worth the price, I love them!
