In their own words
Scheduled a move A MONTH OUT from move date, FROM RECOMMENDATION FROM REALTOR here in El Paso, and then he was a no-show. My husband tried to call him multiple times to follow up, and he would NEVER answer the phone or call back. Soooooo unprofessional, and we found out he was moving someone out of town during the time we were supposed to be moved. Instead of calling my husband to explain, he called some other guys to come move us that didn't even work for him. They were great! What kind of company does that?????
It's very unfortunate you feel that way because here at Andersen Moving&Storage we take pride in our work and go above and beyond to make sure scheduled jobs are honored and completed. I spoke with Mr.
Found this company throuh U-Haul and made a reservation for them to load 3 large pieces of furniture and move some boxes in to a 5 by 8 Uhual Trailer. They showed had did not have any equipment, they asked if I had a dolly and a another specifi type of dolly which I did not have. I offered a heavy duty flatbad wagon that they did not want use. The person who appeared to be in charge said he had to call someone to bring another dolly.
Everything is in the contract when going through Uhaul. We tried multiple times to contact you to go over the details, yet you never answered our phone calls or emails. Uhaul only provides man-power as stated in the contract. You have a blessed day ma'am🙏🙏🙏 …

In their own words
I cannot say enough good things about Andersen Moving! I was already incredibly stressed about this move, and my place was honestly pretty disorganized when they came in. From the very beginning, they made the entire process feel manageable. They packed everything carefully, worked efficiently, and took so much of the stress and worry off my shoulders. I never once felt judged or overwhelmed — I just felt like I was in good hands. What meant even more to me was the kind of people behind this family-owned business.
Thank you so much Miss Zahra! We really appreciate all the kind words and thank you for understanding. We are always here to help, no matter what!
Mr. Andersen and his 3-person team helped us locally move all the furnitures from a 4-bedroom house on the westside. He was super responsive and easy to communicate with, both on the phone and through text messages. He gave us a good estimate even though I missed mentioning a couple items and even gave us a discount at the end. His team was on time, was able to move everything in 4.5 hours and even instilled the TV on the wall at the new house and made sure it was level and centered.
It was our pleasure! We are always here to help! Thank you again for your business!
I am completely satisfied with their services and so will you!!! They helped me move my business and were very professional, courteous, and hard working!!! Did not waste time messing around to gain more time as they charge a great price with everything included per hour!!! I would definitely use them for all my future moves and to anyone reading this do not hesitate to use Andersen Movers they are amazing and you won’t be disappointed!!! Thanks again fellas ✊🏽
Thank you Mr. Rene! We really appreciate your kind words! I'm glad we could assist with your office transport.
Ladies!!!!! Take note! My move required special attention that was literally above & beyond what these guys honestly needed to do, and yet the crew I was sent was amazing & perfect. The owner's brother and another of his guys (large man, would likely have been intimidating had he not been so dang sweet & respectful! I'm horrible with names!) were perfect for the job, and as a single woman in a not so fabulous situation, they were amazing.
Thank you so much for the kind words! We take pride in our work and are always here to help. We really appreciate your business and Happy Holidays to you and yours🚚🏠🎅 …
