The worst moving company ever! I was charged an insane amount. The movers left boxes and tubs etc in my apartment and in my garage. Damage was caused to the side of my dresser and they completely broke my kitchen table. I had called to see where my stuff was at, I was told I would get a call back and I never got a call back. I was told that he would have the movers come back the next day and move the stuff that wasn’t moved to the house. The owner stated “that will cost money and time”.

My husband and I moved 4blocks away and tried to do it ourselves but with the heat and him with MS, WE decided to get a mover.. Enough was enough.. So for $190 an hour it sounded like a plan and we could finally relax. Mostly everything was already packed and ready to go... I was at the new place, He was at the old.This is what was still left behind.including the 2bicycles outside and even the microwave!!! Wth!!!

Negative ghost writer. You called me but unfortunately I was busy with life and couldn't get back in touch with you. Didn't even know you responded back to this review. But yes the service man came out and worked on my dryer, he's the one who said what the problem was and I adjusted it. The furniture was brand new and yes you tried to repair it but it made it worst. Yes you wrote a check for 150, but that was in part of a stolen Playstation you're workers took. You gave 60 for furniture and 100 for a Playstation.

We recently used Andy Anderson to move based on good reviews we had read online and they were not worth the cost. The crew was nice and nothing was broken. However, they were horribly inefficient. It took a four man crew twice as long to move us out of the apartment as it had taken a 2 man crew to move us into the apartment with the same amount of stuff. Also, we had some bags with personal items in a corner that we said we would move ourselves.

We hired Andy Anderson Moving company at the last minute. We had a move and needed someone quickly. Everything seemed like it would go well. Twelve hours later, our 3 bedroom move was completed. We paid for 4 guys to move us. Unfortunately, only 2 were really equipped to lift heavy furniture. One was so high that the smell permeated the house and he was barely functioning at the capacity to effectively help. My husband and I were busy trying to get things pointed out to get into the van.

Sure they'll get your stuff moved but they also know they're paid hourly and work slow. 5 guys took over two hours to move out a two bedroom apartment where only one bedroom was furnished. They will also charge you for the drive to their shop not the drive to the location you're moving to. Currently out of the country and this company took full advantage of it.

These guys were the worst. Very unprofessional and displayed a hatred for their jobs. They showed their displeasure by destroying every piece of furniture that I had left! And to add insult to injury, the head mover denied breaking a desk that I saw them destroy. These guys definitely can't properly load a truck . They wasted so much space in my storage that I ended up having to get an additional storage. They stacked the lightest boxes on the bottom and the heaviest on the top.. ..

Worst experience of my life! Movers are unprofessional and worked very slowly. They half moved everything left things behind that I had to go back and get which cost more money! Several of my things was broken including a 65" tv. I called Andy he said he would call back I never heard from him again. After reading receipt I noticed mover only told Me about one protection plan very deceitful. I feel like I was scammed so beware DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
