In their own words
I do not recommend this company. A client of mine, a single mother, was verbally quoted one price for a move that took less than an hour. After paying a deposit and completing the move, she was told she owed almost double the quoted amount. There was no written contract reflecting this change. When she disputed the charge, Mr. R. Smalls threatened to keep her television as payment, which made her feel unsafe and led to police being called.
I am very disappointed in this company. On Jun 28 , I had expressed that ( ALL MY SONS had canceled at the last minute and asked if they would pick up the job and the guy said he would . I had no one but me a 47 year old single mother to twins and my 16 year old teenage son , that was it . We waited all day allowing daylight to pass by us, knowing the fines i would face not being out by a certain time , lost wages , having to find some one else , it was horrible as as you can see he read the text but never replied…
I will never recommend this guy to no one. He cancel at the last minute it very unprofessional. He didn’t even offer another day to move me..👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 …
My apologies. I had an emergency to tend to. Thanks again for considering C.A.R.L.S.

In their own words
I asked Carls Moving Company to help move my treadmill from the garage into my home gym with same day service, and I couldn't be happier with the superb service. Anyone who owns a anything heavy knows how awkward and challenging it could be to move but his professional team made it look effortless. They arrived early, communicated consistently throughout the process, and took extra safety precautions to protect both the equipment and my home. Responsive, efficient and more importantly a great price.
5/5 stars! There should honestly be an option to do like 6/5 7/5 stars cause these guys absolute CRUSHED our move! Made things so easy on me and my girlfriend, no hassle, no fighting over price, straight to business! They loaded our 2 bedroom apartment in record time and even battled the rain throughout the day! The best part about these guys is how they communicate moving big items like couches/beds/tvs, took such pride in what they do, it was awesome to see!

What can I say about C.A.R.L. Moving, Labor & More LLC? I can say a whole lot; but I’ll try to keep it short. First off, the Owner, Mr. Small came two days in advance to do a walk-through with me to ensure he had the right number of trucks and crew on my moving day; and then the day of my move he and his team arrived eight minutes early… ready to get started!
WE APPRECIATE YOUR COMMENTS AND REVIEW. THANKS AGAIN FOR CHOOSING C.A.R.L.S.
We recently used Carls Moving and Labor and they exceeded our expectations. Specifically Carl and Lawrence were the most kind and professional workers! They were great with our dogs, who can be hesitant towards people, extremely efficient, fast and courteous! They worked in the pouring rain/thunder storms and then in the extreme heat and they were positive the entire time. I will be honest at such a great price I was hesitant I was going to get scammed but I could not have been more wrong.
