Staff is great and the place is really clean. I have been with them since January last year. At first, there is an introductory rate, but when that ended the rate has increased 3x, plus they charge you an additional fee if you don't provide proof of personal renters insurance. I am sure they are "all like that" but the frequency of the rate increase is causing me to cancel my rental!

Horrible experience! Matthew is very nasty and very rude to customers. Always complaining about what he doesn’t get paid to do! Would NOT recommend‼️

Terrible display of customer service from Matthew who expressed he “doesn’t get paid overtime” after expressed a couple traveling 2.5 hrs is coming to take over the unit. They were notified of this well in advance and they made it before the space closed. I advise management to run the camera back at 5:10 - 5:35 to listen to his display of character and disgusting demeanor.

Matthew displayed terrible customer service, he presented as nice and helpful, stated he doesn't get paid overtime and locked the door before they were actually closed Management please review the representatives of your company, they do not have the company's best interest, he also mentioned he doesn't care that the space nor the fact that the occupancy is more that 75% vacant

Matthew displayed terrible customer service, not good for business. Verbally attacking a customer and a new customer was distateful. We've all had to stay over before and sometimes the time isn't paid but it's called customer service.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Pinnacle Storage of Bragg. I currently rent 2 storage units there, and the entire process has been smooth, professional, and stress-free from the start.
