The rating breakdown
0 of the 24 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Andy's Piano Service are one or two star.
Worked out from 24 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Lynchburg

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Awesome service! Andy was quick to get out to me and change my broken string. He gave me helpful pointers & useful information about my piano, it’s care, it’s age & its maintenance. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, Great service. Definitely will be calling him when needed.
Thanks very much. Keep on those unisons!!
Andy is a detail-oriented, knowledgable and punctual professional. It does not get much better than that!
Thanks Hal, much obliged...and Merry Christmas to you all.
A good friend of mine recommended Andy one day when I was searching in vain for a piano tuner in my area. It was my lucky day, since she not only had the recommendation, but Andy scheduled to tune her piano later that day! I asked her to give Andy my phone number to call me about possibly coming over after his work on her piano, or scheduling an appointment for another day.
Thanks for your kind words!
Andy is the best - we had a very old piano, that hadn't been tuned in 20+ years, and nearly got rid of it in favor of a new model. Well, Andy took a crack at it, and brought it back to (perfect) life. The piano now stays in the family, and is used and tuned regularly. If not for Andy, we'd have been sad to part with it. He's also quite an interesting, humorous man, whose consistent good cheer and kindness brightens our house when he pays a visit. I can't recommend Andy enough. Cheers!
Thanks Jeff and Merry Christmas to you all
