Don't get fooled this is the same company as the "LONE STAR," MOVERS. I had to select a star but this company doesn't deserve a star! Please DO NOT use this company and tell all your friends. This company over charged me, broke my Turkish rack, and NEVER replaced it. I have e-mailed and tried to get a hold of the owner but nothing has ever happened. To begin with the lady who gave me the quote did it wrong, when they delivered my furniture, it was double to what the lady had quote me.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Called the day before to confirm our move. NO SHOW the morning of our move. We were supposed to start at 9am. Had no contact from them until 10:30 after I left multiple msgs and was asked if we HAD to move today. I found an alternate mover, J &C Transportation/Jacob's Trusted Transportation who rescued us, did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend.
called me four hours after the time i had scheduled them to show and said they were “running late” don’t use them if you value your time. unprofessional and downright disrespectful.
I reached out to this company because of the stellar reviews I'd seen online. Called and talked to Jennifer who was very kind during our initial interaction. We exchanged emails a few times and my calls were always answered in a reasonable time. Fast forward to the day of the move, and I was not prepared for the events that took place. I had contracted with the company to have their staff come and unload my U-Haul trailer on Saturday morning at 9:00 am. At 09:10 am their crew was not on site.
Scheduled a move for 8:30 am on Saturday morning. They call at 8:35 to say they have something else going on and won't be able to move me till 11:00 am. So I sit around till 11:30 and they never show up. Tried calling to find out what the deal is and no one would answer the phone. Pretty sorry way to run a business where people rely on you and schedule for you to be there.
Been no call no show & delayed 5 times. Been living here since Jan & still haven't been able to get our stuff moved in. If it was up to me I would have already got my truck & tell them to load it up. But it's not my stuff. If they don't show next week I stg it's happening.

These guys did great. Dom, David, and Tyler were quick and very polite through the whole process. I had everything in my 1000 sqft apartment pre-boxed and wrapped before they got there and it only took them a little over an hour to load everything into the truck, and I was on the second floor. We started at 9A and I had all my boxes unloaded at the new place four hours away by 5P that day. I had very little damage on my belongings. I would definitely recommend this company.
The scheduling was very easy the week before, and the pricing was fair. Day of, Richard and Kurtis were on time and quickly and carefully moved everything I needed, in half the time. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
First off, Kurtis, Tony , and Drew all deserve raises. They worked their butts off for us and where absolutely accommodating and empathetic. We had issues with the place we moved to and they made us feel like they took on the problem as their own and helped us find a solution. These guys and this company have never failed us. We have used them in the past and will always use them in the future. These guys are severely underrated. They always deliver quality service.
