Told one of the guys that s tub was heavy and had breakables to be careful he still picked it up then slammed it down and then dragged it downstairs . I had a couple dishes broken when I unpacked. also our loveseat is broken. It just wasn't a pleasant experience overall . just think they were overpriced for the experience.
Note: I have one arm (disabled). When most people see me they are repulsed by my appearance, however apparently noe saw opportunity. After moving my stuff, he added on a secret charge of $150 and called it a truck fee. Then he said he had to charge me for four guys instead of three because he brought an extra guy so they can work faster that way. Over the phone, we made a deal for a charge of around $800 and he made me pay 1100 at the end. Does noe hate disabled people?

I had to give him a five-star rating and because they had been on time and worked hard. But I think it was getting to him at the end of the move because they banged my washer up pretty bad. Which in turn over the last 4 months the knocking has gotten worse in the spin cycle. Now I have to get it repaired. So I have dropped it from a five star to a two. They scratched my door on the front load. And there is a dent underneath it.

I’m a Realtor and I cannot say enough good things about Ant Movers and owner Noe. From the very first conversation to the final box being unloaded, the entire team exceeded every expectation I had. Moving is stressful, but Ant Movers made the entire process smooth, professional, and worry-free. What truly impressed me was their willingness to go above and beyond. They drove long distance for my move without hesitation, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated every item with care and respect.
We had such a wonderful experience with this company! They wsre friendly worked quickly and were very careful with all of our stuff. They always responded to calls or texts kept us in the loop all day as to when they would be thsre. We LOVED them! Will definitely use them next time we move.

After loading a 26' truck full by myself, I was exhausted in the 102 degree heat and humidity of Houston. I realized I would need help unloading at our destination 75 miles north. I called "The Movers" in Conroe, but they could not accommodate a last minute unloading crew at 6 PM and suggested I call Noe at ANT movers. I did and he was able to help me with a 4 man crew at 6PM with 3 hours notice! Noe and I negotiated as I drove north through Houston rush hour traffic in a 26' truck and he finished another job.
