We went with Knick Knack based on the 5.0 rating. Unfortunately we had a TERRIBLE experience. We had three movers. One guy showed up an hour and a half late. There was no clear team lead or organization, everyone was just doing their own thing. We sold a lot prior to moving so didn’t have too big of a move, yet these guys took the entire day to move. There was a lot of standing around, a lot of breaks, a lot of confusion. They even had the audacity to start handing my 75-year-old mother boxes.
Hey Jason, we're very sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with you move. We understand from your feedback there are some areas of concern to review. We did end up taking longer to complete this project than we initially expected.
Overall not happy. Understaffed crew, incomplete packing so many things were moved loose. When items were moved to the garage in the new house, the water shutoff and breaker box were blocked. Disassembled furniture was sloppily reassembled with screws loose or missing. Buddy and Billy were great but needed additional help and supplies. Steve showed up last minute and then left early. Price was 25% higher than quoted. I would not recommend them.

What can I say about KnickKnack Movers (KKM)? I was proud to be one of their first jobs. They moved a 6 office business from a high rise office to a warehouse. I was impressed at their professionalism and care for our property. Fast forward two years, KKM was my first call when I needed to relocate my personal residence. I didn’t even shop around. Knick Knack Movers did an absolute, hands-down perfect job on our move this past Saturday. They moved us from a 5-bedroom home with an office and playroom in Conroe to a similar setup in Magnolia, and after 15 moves across the country over 21 years, I can say without hesitation this was the best move I’ve ever had. Steve directed the show and his crew extremely well. The whole crew was excellent: Joshua, Sergio, Buddy, and Sean.

My daughter and I just completed a move with Knick Knack Movers that was literally around the block from our home. These movers were recommended to me by a friend who could not say enough good things about them. The crew arrived at the time they indicated. Steve ran the move and was most pleasant, thorough, and carefully went over the contract with me. The gentlemen on the crew were all super.
