Absolutely terrible experience. I was quoted one price to move my pool table and ended up being charged double with no explanation. After the move, I called multiple times to schedule a follow-up to have the table leveled, as promised—but never got a single call back. On top of that, one of the workers directly asked my wife for a tip and received $50 via Cash App, which felt extremely unprofessional. This company operates with poor communication, shady pricing, and no regard for follow-through.

Arrived hours later than agreed upon. Charged $100 more than agreed upon. Said it was to cover travel time. This was not explained properly when the deal was made. Travel was from a different move a long way away, so dealing with a "local" branch of this company, gave false impression of only local drive times. Manager was rude & argumentative when confronted.

They damaged my chair to my kitchen table. Took it from my home to “fix” it. Stopped responding to me until I mentioned to get my lawyer involved. It’s been over 2 months since trying to work out something with them.

After searching endlessly for a moving company, I chose PackIt Movers based on their strong reviews and recommendations from others. I submitted an online quote request, received a quick follow-up call, and scheduled my move without any issues. Unfortunately, the experience fell apart on moving day. My original time window was 8–10 AM, but at 9 AM I was told the team was delayed due to weather from the previous day. I was reassigned to a new team for 1–3 PM, which I accepted.

Do not use them! Based on other reviews and then my own experience stay away from this company. The rudeness of the dispatcher who set up the move should’ve been my first signal not to use them. So the day of my move, I’m in the parking lot at 8 am waiting and waiting. 830 rolls around and I call them and they explain that the 8am - to 10 am time frame was an approximate arrival window. I said ok my mistake no big deal. Now 11 am rolls around, STILL NOT HERE!

Dont use this company! On the day of the move, they rescheduled to the next day. They also charge an additional 8.25% above the quoted price' which they dont tell you upfront. and charge you another hour for driving back to their location if you're more than 30 minutes away. They try their best to get a $50 deposit before they answer any questions. Not honest and and are unreliable. By the way, that $50 deposit is nonrefundable, which is why they can reschedule you without concerns (i.e.

Absolute worst experience of our lives. We have moved around this area 6 times in 11 years. Tried this company because they pack for you. Promised they would pack it in a day and move us the next day. They packed about 1/3 of the house - only worked from 11-4. Came back the next day to finish packing and move us. Promised it would be done by end of day. Didn't show till 11 again. It is now 9pm and they are on the way to the new house with about 1/2 of our stuff. Spoke to Joe, the owner who could care less.

We moved a couple weeks ago. I wished I had asked more questions. We moved from a 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom apartment. I told them that we are going from a 2nd floor to a third floor apartment. They only sent two guys. I was quoted 3 hours, and it took them almost 6.5 hours to move us. I was really surprised. The movers themselves did well with moving our stuff. But I was charged for 7 hours.
