Our experience was not a great one! This company came very highly recommended from local Conroe people and we were very disappointed and required a full refund. We had hired them for a joint project along with an on site shredding company. Our Shred company waited for two hours for a crew that never arrived. There was very little communication and still do not have a reason that they didn't show up.
Tambra, we are sorry for this service failure. We were late enough that you canceled and we understand. We are not perfect and are only as strong as our weakest link. We rely on our wonderful crew members and take great care of them, but today was completely unacceptable. Our company was at fault.
We live in Conroe and was searching for local movers to move our furniture from Conroe to Montgomery. My husband spoke to Justin who we thought scheduled our move with their moving company in Conroe for 8:00am on Saturday. On the morning of, someone called and said they would be 45 minutes late because they were stuck in traffic. That’s when we learned that the movers were out of Houston which was never disclosed to us. We would have searched for another local company. It was too late to make any changes.
Hey Ann We have 2 locations one in Houston and one in Conroe and sometimes we pull guys from different locations to get jobs covered as summer time is peak season and its been really busy (thankfully). We apologize for being late as that's not our normal practice.

Their communication was clear, timely, and professional every step of the way, which made the entire process so much less stressful. Absolutely Exceptional! When I began looking for a company to move us from TX to CO I filled out a standard online form ( mistake) and got inundated with calls. I spoke with “representatives” from companies that promised low pricing, but not all favorable reviews and a very BROAD pickup and delivery window. I had a previous unfavorable move so I was looking for a company who cared about “my” move and getting specific pick up and delivery dates was very important to me.

We had an incredible experience with Love’s Pro Moving & Storage. Before finding them, we were extremely stressed trying to research moving companies—many sites just sold our information to brokers, and other options like PODs had too many negative reviews. After our realtor recommended Love’s, the process became easy. We sent a video walkthrough of our home and received a detailed, very reasonable estimate the next day.
