I think this review could have been seen coming from miles away. There are really no words how disappointing the whole experience was. Beyond the subpar logistics of their moving strategy that made the move much much longer and more painful than it had to be for a family with a kids, I am the MOST disappointed with the blatant disrespect that they carried with them from the beginning.

"DO NOT HIRE OUT THE DOOR MOVING. I had an incredibly dishonest experience with this company. They changed my moving date at the last minute, claiming they needed more equipment and men, then hiked the price from $150/hr to $225/hr, and finally to $350/hr. The move took just over 5 hours, but they forced me to sign a form without showing the final total. I later found out they charged me $1,483.00.
Intentionally ran the clock up, google ratings are misleading, very frustrated. The good: the boys who moved us were polite, most of my items made it from point A to point B, furniture was well protected with blankets. The bad: I really felt ripped off at the final bill: somehow these guys managed to charge me almost as much to move me out of a three bedroom apartment as it cost to move me out of a four bedroom house last year with half of my stuff in storage.

Hit my brick mailbox with their moving truck in December and it is still damaged with no plans to fully repair. They sent someone out to do a quick fix (it was falling over) and the guy applied some glue and a few wood shims but said it needed to be rebuilt. The company switched ownership while I was waiting for them to do the full repair and now claims the past owner should have resolved it but he won’t respond so it is my problem now.
I have been dealing with this company since November 2022 about the damages made to my refrigerator that was only 3 years old. The entire front scratched all over. The movers were told 3 times that my husband said the front door should be taken off to move the refrigerator due to its size. They chose not to, so this happened. They have taken this long ordering each door & now the door that has the control panel has been discontinued.

The communication is outstanding. They were right on time and kept me informed of their arrival every step of the way. Did good work at a fair price. Crew was professional and knowledgeable. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. I just needed to move very heavy furniture from one room to another. Sometimes hard to find movers that want to do small jobs. They were happy to do it.
