PLS READ BEFORE YOU HIRE!!! Anytime movers and I had an email exchange clearly laying out the terms and conditions/agreement of our move including that they would charge us 1 hour travel for all travel time going from Richmond to Chilliwack and back. They refused to honour what they had quoted us and they FORCED us to pay for the full travel time even though we have it in writing. They told us we had to pay the full amount before the move was over and when we refused they LOCKED THE TRUCK!
Super fast!!! They were so efficient and careful with our items! And helped with more items to move. So grateful!! Then we hired them again after a loved one passed . They tried to cancel at 5 am then continued to be almost 2 hours late! Less movers then hired and went soo slow.....wouldn't take cash then held our belongings and showed up to drop off unannounced with our belongings. TOTAL RIP OFF..BE CAREFUL!!!
I had very bad experience with anytime moving services because there workers were drunk and they had damaged many things of my furniture and home and after this they also refused to give me claim so i will recommend to all people to avoid this company
I requested to have an upright piano picked up and dropped off at my house. They asked if a time worked for me and I agreed. The time of pickup came and driver hasn't showed up. I had to call the driver and track him down and get an ETA. I then called the office and said that if your driver is going to be late for a time agreed upon... just give me a heads up and I won't have a problem.
Thank you for your feedback. Our movers made the safest and most professional decision based on the conditions they found on site. We were not informed about the piano’s condition,the number of stairs, or the building’s access conditions.
We contacted them to move an upright piano up one single set of stairs. When the movers came, they clearly had no idea what they were doing. Only one guy seemed to have a sense of what to do. The others were small men and were not able to lift heavy things. They also didn't have the equipment to lift to properly and we were very aware that they might really hurt themselves moving a heavy upright piano. The company quoted low and in the end we're more expensive than the other companies.
I recently used Anytime Moving for my move. I am not satisfied with their service because they brought only one dolly to move my heavy items, which increased the moving time. The process was not professional at all. The team was not punctual. My equipment was damaged and my new drawer was damaged and they did not compensate for the damage. I would not recommend Anytime Moving to anyone. They don't really take any responsibility for your belongings
Absolute trash service. Moein was super rude to my wife and just disrespectful in general. We also found several furniture prices broken after moving and were never told about it. I guess they just hoped we wouldn't catch it. Look elsewhere - not worth their fees. My friend had a great experience with Get Movers in Vancouver so next time I'll be taking my business there. 0/5 stars.

I've moved homes on several occasions, but my recent move from West Vancouver to North Vancouver with Anytime Moving was a cut above the rest. My wife and I have a deep love for wooden home decor, and our collection is quite extensive (and valuable!). We were understandably nervous about entrusting our treasures to just anyone. From the moment they arrived, the Anytime Moving team put our minds at ease. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every step of the process.
I recently used Anytime Moving for a big move, and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the whole experience was top-notch. Melika at the HQ was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions before the move and keeping us informed throughout the process. The movers—Tameem Rahmani, Ali Rahmati, and Sam—were an absolute dream team. They were punctual, extremely efficient, and went above and beyond in taking care of our belongings.
