Christy Oliver has been dodging me for months on issuing and mailing payment out to me for a property claim. It was from October 2024. She claims they finally mailed the check in February I have not received anything and now wants to charge me $30. When you call to get a hold of Christy she dodges me or is never in office I’ll finally reach her every month here and there and is always short with me. I finally speak to Terry?

My experience with Apache Movers was not great. The mover was so rude to my mother and threatened to leave after she caught him smoking marijuana in the moving truck and also not wrapping the big furniture and putting it on the driveway without the wrapping. We had requested one of the movers to pack the kitchen and he was just stacking all of the items in each of the boxes without wrapping anything with paper.

I USED to recommend this business to my clients for moving. One of the crew members that showed up to my client's house was surly and looked like he had done some "hard time"...he complained, they did a very piss poor job, the owner that quoted the job ended up charging way more than what my client expected the job to be bid for. I helped my client during the unpacking process and a monkey could have packed things better...thin glass packed on its side? Really guys? I will NEVER refer Apache in Austin again.
Would not recommend. Nobody bothered to show up one day. Then left bottles all over front yard. Somebody spit on carpet. lot of things were not in right p laces at all. There's m I ch more. Including trying to get more money for boxes when that was not correct. Have photos of this disaster. Things missing. Was told if we posted they would say bad stuff about us. I was throughly impressed with “Apache moving and storage” from beginning to end. Jacob and Giles were very professional, pleasant and helpful on the phone. Terry was very professional and nice when doing the walk through estimate. The price was great and seamless transactions. No hidden fees or extra charges. They were very upfront. Both Raymond and Breck were exceptional movers They were polite, respectful and professional. They loaded and unloaded in a timely manner and very careful with my furniture.
Apache did a decent job. However, using this service 2 things were noted. The men doing the move were VERY YOUNG and did not apply the necessary care and attention to detail needed and required for a move of furniture. Furniture was damaged as a result of the movers not using the furniture pads that they had plenty of. A large curio cabinet was destroyed as they attempted to drag it across the carpet. Beds were not properly reassembled. My king size bed is missing a support beam.
