After having great experiences the first three times, I was very disappointed with my most recent move today. I booked an afternoon slot and was given a broad estimated start time of 12 PM to 4 PM. That’s already a wide window, but I made sure everything was packed and ready to go. There was no communication from them until 1 PM. I called and texted—no response. At 1:30 PM, I emailed—still nothing. Finally, at 2 PM, I received a call saying they were delayed and would now arrive sometime between 3 PM and 4PM.
Quote was incorrect. Charged away more than quoted. And added tip that was not planed due to pressure. Never heard of tipping ten dollar per mover per hour. I was already paying 110.00 per hour. And they drove around my complex lost for twenty minutes. I gave my apartment numbers twice before I started I paid two hundred more than planned

I would not recommend Movers League based on my experience with their claims process. In August, I hired Movers League to move a couch from my home. After the move was completed, I discovered damage to my flooring in the area where the couch had been moved. I contacted the company the same day, and Abraham asked me to send photos of the damage, which I promptly did. I was told to wait for further instructions regarding the next steps. Excellent company to do business with...I originally contacted 2 or 3 companies and ML was the only one to respond. I short-term ghosted them while we decided what we want to do with ours and new furniture. Contacted on a Saturday and they called right back. Came out on Sunday and finished unloading the heavy stuff from a POD and placed in the house. Super nice gentlemen...on a Sunday morning. Great service with reasonable pricing.
