I have really hesitated to write this review but I booked this company because of the amount of five star reviews they had gotten. I reached out to the company twice about my less than great experience but never got a response of any kind so I thought I should leave a review. PROS: I was so appreciative of them coming out in person to give an estimate. They were the only company willing to do that. The owner Tony was also very responsive and answered any questions I had.

I had heard good things about these guys, so I took a leap of faith but BUYERS BEWARE. I would definitely consider using someone else to help you move. Rating one star for the following reasons: ▪︎ A two man crew showed up nearly two hours after my arrival window of 2:30pm-4:30pm, which resulted in my losing almost a full day of time off. ▪︎ A large mirror did not make it to my new home, it ended up broken. All they could offer me was $25. The mirror was worth at least triple that.

We used the team out of the Leander office. College Hunks came with a high recommendation and Tony had come out personally to assess our items so I felt good about them at first. We were scheduled for 3 guys and 1 truck. Day of move there were 4 guys and 2 trucks that showed up and we thought “great, it will be more efficient!” But unfortunately we were wrong. The men did not seem to be moving efficiently at all. They mentioned we were their only move that day, so may be that’s why they seemed to go slower?

Be prepared to be locked into a reservation, with no ability to look for quotes. Be prepared to be bombarded with texts. Be prepared to be spoken to rudely when you say you need to look at other quotes. Terrible at business. Women, stay away.

If it was possible to give a 0, I would. They also removed my previous review so if that doesn’t tell you something about them. The crew damaged my floors and furniture and they were taking their sweet time to try to get every nickel and dime out of me. Seriously consider another moving team.

Carlos and DeAndre really helped me out with moving. I had a small window to move everything and they helped with moving a three bedroom house. It was a very good value at around $500 and we were done in about 2.5 hours.
