Ian was fantastic and tried to make my move smooth and easy in the Texas heat. If he had better help this would easily be 5 stars. Dinging 3 stars because Gerald was rough with our items, which resulted in minor damage, and Aidan wasn't really pulling his weight. Ian did most of everything, which ended in an argument between them in the middle of my move, simply unprofessional. A few of my items were also left out on concrete floor outside (which I never do myself), or weren't wrapped at all.
Square Cow are a disaster, stay away We've moved with them 3x, and my brother twice. In the past we would have recommended them. This last move was the move from hell. They stole from us, electronics and checks that they presented at the bank. If this was all it would just be one bad actor. However, this was not the worst. The packers were incompetent and the movers inexperienced, unaccountable, unsupervised and took more than 16 hours to move what should have taken 6-8 hours.
Worst movers/moving company I’ve ever used!! Not only did they start over and hour late, and charge me for it (their start destination was less than 15 min from my place. They destroyed a $1000 tv, by strapping it to the truck too tight (which one of the movers actually admitted to doing), they damaged 6 more items of furniture, including my $6-700 washer. I got a grand total of like $350 in a “settlement” months later. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
We had a terrible experience with Square Cow Movers ruining our furniture. We had to move everything on our first floor, brand new furniture not even two years old. We had expensive white couches that were ruined, did not use basic precautions. Also scratches on bar cabinet, dressers, and others. STAY AWAY!!

If you care about your valuables do not use Square Cow. Not only were we stolen from (and the management team at the company handled it very poorly), but we paid more because of how inefficient the crew was that showed up to do our move.

The guys who helped us move were amazing! They worked really hard, even in the crazy heat, and took great care of our stuff. The best part was that the lead guy not only managed to fit everything into our storage unit, it was incredibly well-organized with plenty of room to spare. We would definitely hire them again!

Used Square Cow Movers for a 1-bedroom move (2nd floor to 1st floor) and couldn't be happier. Brett and Damion were awesome. They were quick, careful with my stuff, and easy to work with the whole time. Made a stressful move painless. Highly recommend, and will definitely use them again.
