Terrible moving service! We chose this company because we thought they were “experts” in long distance moves. They crammed all our belongings in a trailer and were anything but experts!!! They damaged major appliances and precious antique furniture. I promptly submitted proof of damage and have not ever heard a word!!! I will never use these people ever again- So unprofessional!!!
Update March 2026. TX DMV says the movers license is revoked and should not be in operation. My case is under review with the TX attorney and seeking next resolution. Additionally after completely emptying my boxes, I have found many did not make it from Austin to Dallas in the move. The mover says "we have no account as you did not provide a bill of lading." They put it on my to do their job. Just Terrible. Update: A picture is posted showing the contract with storage.
Don’t use. They’ll promise you 3 movers and give you a quote for that. We were told it would only take 8 hours to move everything. We were told it would cost us about $1600. they ended up showing up with only 2 guys, took them 10 hours the first day, finished the next day and showed up with 3 guys. Everything was boxed prior to their arrival. We ended up having to pay around $2700. this place is a complete scam. They damaged some shelves but blamed it on the quality of our shelves.
⭐☆☆☆☆ I spoke directly with the owner, who told me he’d personally handle my move and send me a quote the next day. I trusted him and stopped talking to other movers. The quote never came. After I kept following up, I was finally told, “Sorry buddy, we’re booked.” Apparently the owner was out of town. That excuse doesn’t make sense—if you can’t do the job, just say so instead of wasting people’s time. I had to scramble to find another mover days before my move. Stay away.

We needed movers to move my Dad’s things from Katy, Texas to senior living facility in Georgetown three hours away. Valet Moving Services was familiar with moving people into senior living facilities, so that was a no brainer for us. There was lots of communication before the move, the movers arrived early, and made short work of packing my Dad’s things.
