I chose this moving company based on a recommendation from our realtor and the many positive reviews I found online. Booking the reservation was simple, and I was pleased they were available on the date I needed, a big relief during a very stressful cross-country move. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the high standards I had read about. The movers arrived on time and were ready to work immediately, which I appreciated.

They put a huge dent in my car, broke multiple items. They dumped some of my perfume bottles on the floor and put heavy things and clothes on top of it, which ruined some of my clothes when unloading into the new place. Edited to add: The owners are responding to this review, but they have stopped responding to me to make it right.

Our real estate agent recommended Hook ‘Em Up Moving. We have moved 13 times so we know the drill now. We loved how quick and efficient the guys were. They were all super nice and communicated great the entire day on our needs and expectations. They did not get an attitude if I asked them to rearrange furniture or switch things out. They always responded “no problem ma’am”. Not one piece of furniture got damaged which has happened with previous moving companies.

We had Alex and Anthony help us. It was a hot long day, but they worked hard and were efficient, and were very respectful and careful of our property. Hook Em's payment policy was easy, and their rate was very competitive. I highly recommend them.

Jose and his crew are amazing. I picked them over two other very reputable moving companies to move my parents and just like some of the other posts, they were very nice, respectful, communicative, efficient and the move (that was already stressful) was made much smoother by these guys. We had a wonderful experience with this moving company. We highly recommend it! The customer service was amazing, Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful at keeping track of everything and giving detailed information about how the process was going to go, how much it was going to cost us and what they were able to do for us during the move.
