Unpleasant Moving Experience with El Paso Apple Moving. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the moving services provided by your company during my recent relocation. Despite multiple attempts to communicate my concerns through voice messages, I have received zero response. Angel and his wife, who assisted in packing my house, exhibited unprofessional behavior throughout the process.

My roommate ETS out the of the Army on Friday 07/15/2016, the company came and packed up all of his belongs, but when it came to the garage he had everything in the center of the garage that he wanted to get packed up. I explained to the movers that everything in the middle was his and nothing along the wall was to be touched, they acknowledged and began to pack everything up, once they left and I went to sweep and organize my garage I found that my tool bag with my Dewalt impact driver, Dewalt drill, two…

THIEVES!!! The Packers STOLE my 12 yr old sons wallet! Police were called company was notified. The manager told us to take it up with the military because it wasn't their problem!! This is how Apple Moving treats their MILITARY!! They are trusted to help the men and women who serve, with what is a stressful thing to begin with, and they STEAL from them then take NO RESPONSIBILITY for their employees!!

This company was DoD contracted to move me for my PCS. All of my household goods were labeled on the inventory as some degree of damaged previously in an obvious attempt to dodge any and all handling responsibilities. I had a one year old dining set, which saw very minimal use due to field problems and deployment, and all four chairs were written up as "dented, scratched, damaged, worn, torn, faded, warped" and the table was coded as "scratched, dented, worn, cracked." Complete lack of care and only focused on packing stuff as hastily as possible. I had thousands of dollars in damages to my things not to mention they left their trash (food wrappers, cups, etc) everywhere. The pictures are but one instance but show their complete disregard for my things. I understand not knowing how to take something apart but after the first shelf was clearly wrecked, they simply continued to rip the other shelves out ruining my books shelf completely. Again, that’s just one example.

As far as conducting their business in timely manner they were able to move our items perfectly. The issue occurs with mislabeling the boxes. When we finally received our personal items from our pcs, items were in boxes that were labeled something entirely else. We also had glassware in the same box as kitchen appliances such as a blender and a toaster!? We are now having to go through every single box due to the mistrust of the labeling to ensure what we put into storage is in fact what is on the box.

Another horrible moving company to be contracted by the military. Lost half of our shipment. Tried to deliver my bed 2 weeks from initial delivery. I said no way. We pay to have furniture assembled, that never happened. When they opened our crates, everything was thrown in the crates haphazardly ruining multiple items, denting my dryer, scratching my washer, gashes taken out of my table, bending my bike and just having no concern for others belongings. I hope they lose their contract.

Completely careless and unprofessional moving company. I informed them during the packing process that certain items were typically packaged differently and with more protection to ensure no damage. I was met with a a shrug and told “I wish we had better stuff” and was also told that the packaging I was used to getting was for overseas moves only— which is a complete lie.
