I have had decent service with the staff. My only complaint would be with Apple Storage Company. I am not happy with the late fees that are charged due to storage fees being a little late. People have different reasons for using storage and if it is financial then by adding these late fees it is making it impossible for people to get caught up on the storage unit fees.
They asked for my feedback so here it goes: The storage unit ITSELF was alright and what was expected. The STAFF member I dealt with wound up taking so long to print and sign papers and then even more time to set up the payment. The staff member literally struggled with the technology being used and as a result it wound up incurring additional expenses(costly ones at that) with my rented van. It took over FIFTEEN minutes to print three pieces of paper for me to sign and then accept a debit payment.

What they don’t tell you!!!! Your storage cost increases at 6 months and then every 9 months after. Beware too that you pay every 4 weeks, not once a month. Big difference over the year. Boo for lack of transparency and not caring about it. Nothing wrong with our facility and the office staff is nice.

The numbering system they have for the unit to me don't make sense they are all over the place I was trying to help a relative find her storage unit and it was pretty near impossible and the people that work there were no help at all I wouldn't never use the storage facility.
What a terrible place. Threw out all my stuff 2 days before i had to be out. Go to get my stuff and they dont even care to relpace it. Never store stuff here
