Masters in overcharging, poor service and bullying. I had limited time to complete my move. They arrived very late and came back after 3 days to complete the move. They placed it in their storage and it was outrageously expensive. When I questioned their the very high prices, they threatened a 2% per day late payment and to sell my stuff in an auction. My mover came to load my stuff by himself from their storage anf they charged so much for that.

I have moved three times since 2021. The first two times I used All movers. They charged me under $1000 both times for 2 guys for 4 hours to move the same amount of stuff that smart movers took 3 guys and 6 1/2 hours?!?!? They quoted me two guys at 165 but they never said how many hours. They never called prior to the move or read my notes in my original request about moving a piano. They called at 9 AM on the morning of the move to say that I would need to add a third guy at 225 an hour. Had me by the balls.
Short of all these emails back and forth , it simply looks like you are unhappy with the cost of your move . Again as the following email simply states the move was conducted in a timely hourly fashion considering all that had to be moved. … More
My partner wrote the most recent review and not a word was a lie. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone. They did agree to fit us in on short notice, which I was appreciative of, but it was not at all handled as we agreed. We had them booked for a Thursday and was told it would be mid afternoon to evening. After not hearing anything I called around 6 only to find out they are not coming. We re-book for the next day at 5:00PM, they show up at 9:00PM to start moving.
I can only assume that such an unwarranted attack on our business is because your boyfriend was jealous of the hard working young men that went above and beyond in providing you a moving service well after hours or you and your boyfriend … More
Worst experience imaginable. I won't waste more time after all they've wasted of mine, but rest assured all of the other low ratings are true. Working at their leisure, complaining that things are heavy, MASSIVELY overcharging saying we owed almost $2000 despite a quote of $185, and downright RUDE! How they're in business with how the owner spoke to me, or how he speaks to others in review replies is beyond me. Save yourself the money and headache, and book with ANY other company. They need to be investigated.

The best team at the best price. Jeff Smith was very accommodating when booking and the men who handled the move were very caring of personal belongings with good attitudes on top. They wouldn't quit until the job was finished. Thank you Smart Movers.

We certainly are disappointed you feel this way and at first glance had to make a search of who you were because we had no previous customers by your name but now see it was your partner we had moved and not you .

Smart Movers is definitely one of the best moving companies we have ever used. The men that moved us were very friendly, very professional, they wrapped all our furniture and took great care of moving it in and out of our houses, they were very careful not to bang any walls, very respectful and polite. We will definitely recommend Smart Movers to anyone. 5 star rating all the way!!!

We booked Smart Movers to unpack a small chest freezer and move into the basement of our house. Chris and a partner arrived on time after a phone call to let us know that they were on their way. They were friendly and very accommodating. After moving the freezer into place and removing the old appliance, they took our Christmas tree with them to drop off at a donation shop. They could not have been more helpful! We would use Smart Movers again.

These guys are the best movers by far, if you are moving after finishing university USE THESE GUYS do not fall for the budget ambiguous "national" mover outsourcing companies. These guys are dependable, show up when they say they will, and do all the work like the pros they are. The quote is not full of hidden fees and the prices are reasonable. Save your selves the headache and use them.
