In their own words
I had a concerning experience during a SJ-Fredericton move on May 31. The movers were friendly & hard-working, but very inexperienced, which resulted in a much longer (and more exhausting and costly) move. It was clear the young employees were not supported with training from experienced movers, or even the bare minimum work-safe training.

Very disappointed when I called for a quote. The guy on the phone kept talking over me. He was so rude. His price quote was 4 times higher than other companies. I hung up out of sheer frustration when he wouldnt let me get ask a question or speak.

In their own words
Overall, the service was good, though I did have some minor trust concerns during the move. The sales representative was friendly, and we initially booked a 3-person, 1-truck service. The customer support team was also very kind, responsive, and easy to reach. They provided clear communication, proper notices, and were always available whenever we had questions. Up until moving day, everything went smoothly. On moving day, I was expecting three movers, but only two arrived.

The members of Alaska movement were an amazing, exceptional staff who are very polite and kind and well knowledgeable. And patient, when it comes to your objects, there were no rush to get the job done. Ensuring that no damage was done and they handled every item like it was thrown. Thank you to the staff for being such courteous people. I hope to work with you guys again.
