Do not under any circumstances use this company for your move. I was given false information on the pack day that caused problems on the load day (they don't break down patio furniture). The driver was rude, and when issues came up, he refused to help me find a solution: on three separate occasions, I had to call the moving company to have the issues resolved. He also missed tagging on about 20% of our stuff so we don't even know if everything is here.
I moved with this company in 2021 and had a good experience so thought it would be the same this time. This time was horrible. They were totally unresponsive before, during and after the move. Rats/mice chewed through several of my boxes. …

Would have rated them 0 stars if I could. The movers did not send enough trucks and were unable to move all of our things. THANKFULLY our old neighbour allowed us to store some things there which we had to go and retrieve on our dollar as …
Don’t recommend. Paid for 3 movers - 1 of them got annoyed with his co-worked and walked off job before finished. Charged me almost twice what they quoted and have not answered my communication asking for explanation.
Split our load and a week later we got half Couldn’t’ assemble because parts were on different trucks . Had to stay in hotel for a week . Still waiting. Worst experience ever.

McMinniman's moved my things from Saint John to the Fredericton area and did an excellent job. The digital walk-through was very helpful and allowed them to see what all I had and Jeremy was very detailed. He prepared a fair quote quickly and was responsive to my questions. The movers who came were timely, careful and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

Sean, Matt and Jamie from the Oromocto/Fredericton office arrived on time and tetris-ed a heavy, full-sized elliptical trainer down to my basement gym area for the agreed-upon price (thanks, Jeremy!). Excellent service, reasonable rate, will definitely use again for any required moves. Thanks, guys!

Recommend this company. We had 2 moves in April/May this year. The first involved picking up multiple pieces of furniture and boxes at 3 different locations and delivering to one house. 3 great guys, 100km between pickup and drop off, 8+ hours from start to finish (from company office). The quote was pretty accurate. Very satisfied! The second move involved moving less items but further away (~200km). There was a last minute issue with the truck intended for the move.

Moving could not have been easier with this company. They had great communication from the start and throughout the process.We had them pack our items and move us from the US to Canada. They are very knowledgeable about cross border moves. There was a small hiccup where an unintended item from our US house was moved but the company and the staff took ownership of the issue, were helpful and reassuring, and got it back to the US home.
