Doesn't seem to me that there is any real professionalism at this place. Between staff and owner I'm extremely disappointed and wish there was space elsewhere available to rent. For 2 months I spoke with the owner re my situation and seemed helpful until I actually needed my vehicle there. The first 2 months I paid for an outdoor spot and without my vehicle there. The site manager refrained from telling me about the prepayment promotion until I went there to pay in person for the first month.

The only reason they didn't get a 1 star rating was that they do store your items, but the management is horrible... We rented a locker and were told our number was 321 (or something) and when we got to it, it was already locked and in use. …
Hi Zach. My apologies about responding to you now. In regards to this review, in all honesty, a duplicate account was somehow created for us and it wasn't being monitored. I did find it last week and it has now been claimed and migrated with our current Google account.

2024 Silvio a nice guy helped me get a nice storage unit for my stuff last minute at a very decent price appreciate it a lot I’d refer this storage unit to anyone out there need a storage unit Apple self Storage is the best i tell yah. Thanks AppleSelfStorage. 2026 I recently moved my belongings out of this storage facility. The staff were professional and helpful whenever I had questions, and the facility was clean and easy to access.

I found the pricing quite high, but that was the only negative. Stored my stuff throughout the winter and spring and I had no damage or moisture issues. Silvio is great to deal with; he has the best customer-service skills I've seen for a long time!
