The good reviews are 1 review accounts, pay attention to the lower ratings, that's where you'll get the truth about this company. If they break anything. TAKE PHOTOS, DOCUMENT IT and keep your OWN copies. This company charged us so much money and promised if anything happened, we'd be fine because they have insurance, which is why they cost more. Months of us trying to contact them for them to tell us there was no record and we didn't tell the movers of the broken table.
No good… asking for refund cause the truck broke but telling my people it’s cause I cancelled either way gotta have more communication and make people feel comfortable… the lady talks nice the guy 1-647 number is goof oh sorry for language but GOOF now it seems better fitted… also 135 is a old hair salon… there for scam or the guy doesn’t know how to communicate
I would give them nothing like they gave to me. I was called at ten to six the night before my move for them to cancel. I was given no other options for my move. I was told my $150 deposit would be returned to me and I have not received it. What a scam!! Do NOT use this company. I’m still trying to get my money back.
For a first time experience, it wasn’t not a tasteful one 😳🤯 to say the least…. spoke with mover checked all boxes sent emt $250.only one box left was them doing their job showing up on time pack/box move our belongings respectfully…. sent …
Do NOT ever hire these “movers” the only thing they ever moved was my money into their account. Then they keep pushing back the move date before finally cancelling it entirely. You’re better off just doing everything yourself

The movers were easy to work with from the moment they arrived.Victor and Felix were punctual, respectful, and communicative throughout the move, and they didn't make a fuss when a few additional items needed to be included.They kept things moving at a good pace while still being careful with everything.I especially appreciated how relaxed and cooperative they were when the inventory changed slightly.Overall, a smooth experience in Thunder Bay. I had a great experience with Ecoway Movers for my Thunder Bay move. Leo, Marco, and Ryan were professional,hardworking, and kept everything moving efficiently from start to finish. The house where we moved was our kids’ home and I was incredibly emotional about the whole process. My experience with Ecoway Movers was genuinely unforgettable, as these professionals demonstrated incredible tact in packing the boxes with personal belongings and treating the artwork with care. In addition to that, they were considerate throughout the entire process, giving us space and time to do whatever we needed to while preparing to leave the house.
I had to change my moving date because of the fires, and Ecoway Movers made the whole process much less stressful. Felix helped update my booking without any hassle and kept everything organized from the initial quote through moving day. For my 1-bedroom condo move in Thunder Bay, Nathan handled my belongings carefully and made sure everything arrived safely. The pricing was reasonable, the move went exactly as planned, and the movers took great care of my things. I'd gladly choose Ecoway Movers again.
