I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my unit B202, I emptied the unit 2 weeks ago. I’ve left multiple messages, used the customer service kiosk, and sent the manager an email with no response for 14 days and no refund or proration of the unused unit for the last 14 days. UPDATE: The owner called me after posting this review today and argued with me, lied about calling me back and stated “bad google reviews do not guarantee good customer service.” And hung up on me.
Carolanne, we are sorry you felt that you did not receive a timely response. You went to the kiosk AT 12:41PM on Friday August 1, 2025. I returned your call to the number you provided that same evening at approx. 6:30pm. I left a voicemail explaining that your rental began on 5/23/25.
I just sat with a coworker and listened to a very rude, condescending voicemail from the owner LeAnn. I would discourage anyone from using this storage unit. Leaving a voicemail stating “If I have to act like your mom” then proceeding to belittle a customer is unprofessional. She yelled on this voicemail as if she were in an argument. Wouldn’t recommend! I encouraged the family to upload the voicemail for transparency. Customers need to see who they are in business with.

Deletes review scores they don't like. Very unprofessional. No response for 14 days after the unit was emptied out. The owner then sent a nasty message back about not appreciating honest reviews and will not refund for the time the unit as been empty. Talk about poor customer service. LeeAnne forgets about customer service in exchange for greed. So sad

Closed our unit, left voicemails, got ignored, and still got charged for a month we didn’t use. Finally reached the owner — rude and unprofessional. Feels like Arctic Storage is more about freezing your bank account than storing your stuff!

Arctic Storage is an upper tier storage facility. The units are climate controlled and very clean. It’s always been easy to contact management with any questions and I’ve always received prompt attention. Units are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Arctic Storage.

I am new to storage unit and didn’t know anything about them until the day I rented one and LeeAnne called me the same day to review a few things with me and she was very helpful and thorough with the process! Great service and a great price as well!
