UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY’S REPLY: Yes, your company was made aware of the damages, missing items, and other issues immediately following the move — within the same week. We made repeated phone calls and attempts to get answers. On the rare occasions someone actually answered, we were told we would receive follow-up calls or resolutions, none of which ever happened.

Hands down the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. They alerted us of our scheduled delivery and we responded the next minute confirming. We called the next morning to get a time window. They said they never put it on a truck and that now it will arrive next week since we didn’t confirm. We then explained that we did and sent time stamped proof. They said “oh yeah I see that now” still no willing to rectify the situation.
This was hands down the most incompetent and unprofessional delivery experience imaginable. I stayed home all day after receiving a call claiming my couch would arrive in 20 minutes. That delivery never happened. Nearly two days later, I was still without my couch. After reaching out multiple times, I was ignored for 48 hours, then sent a ridiculous photo showing the driver at the wrong address. No apology. No solution. Just excuses. This company clearly does not value customers or their time.
Since you've asked so many times for a review. Here's your review... the drivers did not speak English, so I was unable to communicate clearly with them over the phone. They didn't listen to one work of my clear instructions. They drove right by the giant orange item they were there to pick up, and found them poking around my garage.
I appreciate you sharing your experience, Adam. We understand how frustrating it can be when communication barriers affect service. We will make sure this is addressed to improve our operations.

Item was a day late. Did not receive a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to delivery. Did not assemble the item, which was included in priority delivery of Wayfair item. Has not returned calls or texts asking for an explanation. 0 out of 5.

Furniture delivery was on time and neatly stacked. They even put everything under the carport so it wasn't out in the elements!
