In their own words
This was not a good experience. I had a cross country move and the movers they sent were so unprofessional with our stuff. We ended up moving the valuable stuff on our own. They did not respect our items. Also, I wouldn't trust their "crate and freight" option. It's a gross misrepresentation of pricing and you'll get slammed with unnecessary charges. The communication was not clear during the move and you have no idea where your stuff is. So much of our stuff was damaged when we received it.

Worst experience I had in the US. Leave my apartment 2h early and don't assemble all things. Then another guy needs to come to assemble it, where they don't pay. All walls are horrible dirty after that move. My inventory is damaged. Parts are missing and support after that horrible work -> missing!
Our goal is to provide an excellent moving experience for all our customers. Quality customer service and doing business with honesty and integrity are extremely important to us. We understand there was a request made to our team that they be done by a certain time.
Terrible experience with this company. They performed shipping services for furniture I bought from a third party. First they could not schedule me for a month from the time they contacted me. It reflects poorly on the company I bought the …

I live in Clifton Park. A Mayflower truck was blocking my car. I asked the 2 guys politely to please move their truck so I could get out. After 5 minutes, I had to ask again and one of the guys told me to shut up!! Very classy guys you hire Mayflower!!!
Gave us a quote then never responded again. Also, the quote was 25% more than the competitor that actually communicated with us and we went with. Maybe I should thank Clark for not getting back to us.
Although we didn’t win your trust and business, we do appreciate your feedback and hope that the movers you select do a great job for you as you move into your new home.

In their own words
Tremendous job done on both ends of the move. First- hats off to Andy who did our estimate, was able to supply us with repurposed boxes to help, and after some FB marketplace sales visited again to recalculate estimate. He made the front part of the process anxiety free. The Albany team was kind, pleasant, totally happy and ultra professional. Their packing of pictures, mirrors and other items was perfect. They broke down pieces to make the pack more efficient and attempt to minimize movement in the truck.

We used Clark Moving & Storage twice this year and both times had a great experience. Andy was super responsive and helpful with coordination and gave great packing tips. Shoutout to the moving crew Benny, Jamie, Sam, & Tony who were all total pros -- super nice and moved quickly without cutting corners. The quote was accurate, nothing was broken, and they happily disassembled and reassembled things. Thanks for a stress-free move!

Clark Moving & Storage were fabulous from start to finish starting to Andy Angus who set up the move, Clint & Eric who did the packing, and Ben and his son and Billy who did the actual move.
