Arrow Moving & Storage

This was hands down almost the WORST moving experience ever if it had not have been for the crew! I was promised things that never happened in the date of my move that I asked for, the crew was awesome and prompt but Tito needs coaching on details, active listening and customer service. I even spoke to the GM who was supposed to return my call after getting all the details of why I was displeased and even she NEVER called me back for a resolve.

This is the most unprofessional moving company ever! I don't know how they are still in business. My children are moving to California and hired Arrow moving company a month before the move to assist with their move. Well they gave them a deposit and Arrow gave them a pick up date. They didn't call my children or show up. When my son called they said the truck broke down. Arrow gave them a pick up date of the 4th or 5th. They didn't call us or show up again.

I had put a positive review because they packed so fast, but when I got to Colorado. I started unpacking and Isabel and Lorenza had thrown my stuff to pack quickly causing lots of things to break. I have sooooo many broken items and I'm also missing an entrance table. My washer got broken on the move. My couches have scrapes my son's bed has a broken piece. Now, I have to submit tons of paperwork through the military to get this fixed. ***CAUTION*** pay attention when they pack your stuff wish I had.

Be warned! I used Arrow Moving for a recent move from Boerne to Georgetown. Salesman, Kevin, was excellent in providing an estimate/contract. I purchased 3 cartons for moving my less than year old mattresses that was added in the contract.I was told they would be out between 8:30 and 10:00a. I had a specific deadline for being out as there was an entertainment function happening that afternoon. The moving team showed up at about 11:30 and talked about the move for about 1/2 hour.

Worst moving experience ever. Poor communication between estimator/ coordinator, movers, and office staff. I had to be responsible for communicating and coordinating between them. On the day of the move, the movers threatened us with extra charges for a delayed moving time, even though that had been pre-arranged. Movers did not have space for all items, even though I moved out a significant extra number of items myself after the estimate, and I had to ask a neighbor to store the items that wouldn't fit.

Worst Military Move We've Ever Experienced After numerous military moves over the years, this was by far the worst moving experience we've encountered. The crew was sent from San Antonio, requiring approximately a two-hour drive each way. While the movers were polite to us personally, it was clear they were frustrated with the situation. We overheard conversations about the long commute and did our best to make their day easier, but a four-hour round trip is not something we could fix.

After many moves with the the military, this company is, by far, the worst. The packers threw family heirlooms, baby pictures, and books haphazardly into boxes. They are now torn and crumpled beyond repair. The packers complained about a storage room they did not want to pack (most of it was already boxed from a previous move). The company on the receiving end of our move was astounded at how poorly the boxes were labeled and items packed onto the truck.

HORRIBLE! I was forced to use these people because of a military move. 2 kids showed up at my door and was not even close to being prepared to move my stuff. They didn't even have a mattress protector for my bed. Of course I have a bed! How do you forget that? I finally got my stuff back and 50% was broken and/or destroyed. For example, I had a chaise lounge that was returned to me with 3 legs. The fourth one was completely gone and two of them were broken off of the lounge.
