In their own words
0 stars. Military family leaving the next day and they never came by to pick up my stuff. Had me, my wife, and our daughter waiting for 8 plus hours for nothing. Then they stopped answering their phones. Absolute worst experience with a moving company. If you got a choice do not use them. Plenty of other PROFESSIONAL companies out there. Edit: the crew that showed up finally was great. If it was them from the get go we would have been fine. They just got tagged at the last minute to pick up someone elses slack.
I have to change my review after receiving my items. Although they were extremely professional to me. My items arrived in horrible condition. My special edition books were packed when a bag of obvious garbage that included food causing them to mold. Every book that I own, including my year books, have warping, bent pages and covers, dents and just damaged in some way. I have unpacked boxes that have broken glass, almost every piece of furniture I own has been broken or damaged.
Thank you, Cheyanne, for your wonderful feedback! We're glad to hear that Glenda, Hector, and Eli provided you with such a professional and organized moving experience. Your satisfaction means a lot to us!
Coleman ROBBED me! They hire people with a record of theft. One of the men working for Coleman had multiple charges for theft on his record. I removed my original review, as I decided to give the company a chance to do what is right and ethical. They have not acted ethically so now I will leave my honest review. They stole about 12k worth of my memories, gifts, jewelry, and my daughter piggy bank of tooth fairy and birthday money!
I rarely write reviews, but after completing my 5th military move, this company gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had. My move from San Antonio to Hawaii should have been straightforward. Instead, it turned into three days of disorganization, unprofessional behavior, and complete disregard for my home and belongings. I prepared my entire 1900 sq ft home ahead of time—sorted items, emptied drawers, organized everything to make the process easy. Day 1 was just a survey, which went fine.
Our relocation from San Antonio, Texas, to Indianapolis, Indiana with Coleman American Moving Services turned out to be a major letdown. Despite assurances from the sales representative, Robert Hamilton, we encountered numerous issues that …
I had had a terrible experience with this packing service. Although they were nice, they put the most random things from different rooms in each box. Unpacking was a nightmare. My things were damaged because they packed food and items …
Thank you, Ernessie, for your wonderful feedback! We're glad to hear that our team's professionalism and communication made a positive impact on your packing experience. Your recommendation means a lot to us!
This company is probably one of the worst companies the military could contract with. They were never on time to pack or deliver, despite giving an ETA.
Unfriendly people, they don’t care about your time. It seems that they are blind and deaf, when you ask them, they don’t reply, and don’t see you.

Drew and Jermaine did and absolutely wonderful job installing our new bed! They also were nice enough to help me move a couple heavy items in and out of the room. Worked very quickly and efficiently. They were lot of help in going over the controllers to the bed as well. Would 10/10 recommend!
Thank you, Madison, for your amazing feedback! We're so glad Drew and Jermaine were able to assist you with your new bed and make the process smooth and efficient. Your recommendation means a lot to us!
