They never showed up. Luckily All Star movers got me moved on Sunday last minute. AllStar movers did a great job. I do no recommend ASAP.
Unfortunately that’s not true… You called me at 1pm the same day we were communicating through text messages all day I explained to you that I was on a job at that time if I finish in time I’ll come..
I called and scheduled for ASAP movers to come out and move my furniture from my apartment into a storage. He took all my information and scheduled a time to come out. The day of my move, I never heard from them, I called and left a couple voicemails and still have not heard back from them. A courtesy call would of been nice, so other arrangements could have been made. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Spoke to Jefferey and received a quote to set up a piano in a home. he first said that he could not reach the homeowner and when I called they answered right away. I asked him what time would be good for him and he provided a 3hr window to …
I apologize Mr Steve for the misunderstanding,but when you informed me that the only way to send payment is by mail from,Montgomeryville,PA. I let you know I wasn’t gonna be able to do the job. I called you multiple times.
I scheduled a move with them, spoke on the phone as well as received text confirmation, THE DAY OF they did not show nor did they answer the phone, shady company, do not waste your time booking with them

Horrible movers perfect name cause they'll move your belongings thieves scratch up my furniture in left things in my fridge in it was a mess never again!!!!!

Cancelled last minute for a shady reason. Not sure if these reviews are faked but definitely not a company that seems trustworthy.
Your husband has Covid-19!!! You have been out of town with him I decided as the owner not to do the job if I feel it is not a safe environment!!! I apologize but I’m was concerned about my crew that’s not a shady reason it’s called being safe!!

I couldn’t have asked more than this moving company gave outstanding work, gentlemen. I love the fact that they were on time. I love the fact that they did everything effectively and in order. I was kind of skeptical at first dealing with Jeff because he only would text , but I can say his team were top-notch.
