Have used the company multiple times and great experience until the last one when my TV got broken during the move. No big deal was told we will get it resolved. Carl then made commitments he never honored then just ghosted all texts and ignored me. Extremely disappointing to end good relationship in this way and speaks to someone’s character. All the guys were always great and professional so wouldn’t judge them by Carls behavior.

I give 2 stars because the actual workers that moved our stuff were very nice and worked hard. BUT the owner that came out to bid our move, didn’t have a truck big enough for all of our stuff. So, on moving day, what should have taken 2-3 hours to pack up(because we did all the work of boxing and moving everything into garage) actually took them 7hrs trying to shove everything into the truck.

I wanted to address the fact we really liked they way they wrapped all of our furniture and were very polite and kind. However, I would think twice before letting them pack any items as they packed our kitchen and I don't understand why several things were separated.. Example my lid to my magnolite was not packed with my pot and ended up in a entirely different random box , my fryer was dissembled with basket handle removed and laying randomly in one box, the basket in another box and the air fryer in a different…
