We won a storage unit on an auction on Sept 11th and Paid our $100 deposit via phone with Holden the same day. We went and cleaned out the unit (it was only 5x5) within 24 hours. We took a picture before the deadline, submitted and called to notify as well on Sept 13th. We were told we would receive our deposit back within 3-7 days. It has been 16 days and we still don't have our deposit back. We have called numerous times. I was finally able to reach someone named Stephanie, who stated she was the manager.

I rented 2 storage units when there was an online special and had $25 credit for each, so that when I got to the place in person I'd be charge only the difference. However the guy accidentally charged me full price for one of the storages so he wrote a note for the next month to remind himself to apply that $25. Unfortunately I never moved in so I ended up canceling and expected a refund of $25. However the management changed and everything was now being done over the phone.

No local staff or management at all. I vacated my unit this month and was not told to take photos of the empty unit; now they are refusing to close my account because they have NO STAFF to verify that I have actually vacated. I asked who applies locks to abandoned/ unpaid units? Who maintains the security gate (that has been broken/ inoperable for weeks)? Who ensures that the climate control buildings are actually functioning?

This is the worst storage facility in Beaumont!!! The manager and her boyfriend broke into our storage building by beating the door until they could lift the door. How do I know it’s her??? When we brought it to her attention she was so helpful until we contacted the police. When the police arrived she acted like she did know what happened. When my husband got there she changed her story and the office asked her why the sudden change. The officer told us she was acting suspicious.

Me and my husband rented a small storage building here online, was supposed to come with a lock. We get there today noone in sight.
