I have a storage unit in Beaumont Texas my unit was broke in and several of my items stole this happened January 10,2026 .It has been two weeks i haven't heard a word from anyone. They have no telephone to talk anyone claim unit or …
On September 25, 2024 I called the main office inquiring about downsizing my unit they sent over a text to the Beaumont location which someone did call me back within 24 hours. Upon speaking with staff, I need it a storage that was close to the door due to my handicap which she had ensure that they have something so she made me a appointment for the next day, which was Thursday, October 26 for 4:30 PM.

🚩🚩🚩🚫This is an horrible experience, we rent an space here end they stole our valuable stuff, the ladies in front didn’t help us, the lady just told us “call the police”, they don’t show up to see the Storge or something , the thing is that some door that have the red thing don’t work and can be opened because that red thing can be removed , and they know, so we called the police make a report and then the ladies calls us and they told us that we need to removed all our stuff that we have because they are very…
Beware of this place! They are literally allowing this place to be broken into. Just had someone who rented a unit there tell me their storage unit was broken into and all their belongings are gone. How can someone steal from a college student who stored their items there until school started back up again. Such a disgrace that this facility allowed this to happen.

Place is not the best looking. Signs of rodent activity in vacant spaces. But worst of all customer service is horrible. Employees are more concerned about their lunch break at 2p... Versus serving customers. Also it seems like they hide the carts they have for customers so they can "rent" you one from the office. If they are there...
Originally left a 5 star review based off of how sweet the front desk was. However, we’ve tried to get into our storage unit for 2 days and our code doesn’t work for the gate. Nobody’s in the office or answering the phone. 0/10. Wouldn’t recommend.

First time at this facility as a auction buyer and I must say from the moment I pulled up I was greeted at the door by a very friendly woman with a beautiful smile Mrs Rachel .She was very sweet and welcoming then I was also welcomed by Ms Essica she was also super sweet and they got me taken care of .The process of purchasing the units went smoothly and we had a good conversation they made me feel like we have been knowing each other forever .I had a great experience and will definitely be back .
